Reporting to the Associate Director of Planning, Facilities and Stewardship, the primary function of the Executive Superintendent, Facilities Services is to oversee the Capital Development, Capital Renewal, Operations & Maintenance and Energy Management departments of the Toronto Catholic District School Board. The Executive Superintendent will provide innovative leadership and efficiency in all aspects including the Board’s fiduciary responsibility to effectively manage its assets and provide enhanced educational opportunities for students. In carrying out these duties, the Executive Superintendent is expected to act as a relational leader focused on equity of outcomes.

The Superintendent will provide innovative leadership and efficiency in all aspects including the Board’s fiduciary responsibility to effectively manage its assets and provide enhanced educational opportunities for students. Purchasing Analyst

Date of Appointment: As soon as possible
Reporting to: Manager of Procurement


Reporting to the Manager of Procurement, the incumbent will provide guidance and expert knowledge in all areas of purchasing service functions including procurement, supply management, risk management and contract administration while adhering to Broader Public Sector Supply Chain Guidelines and Board policies.


The successful candidate will monitor cost effectiveness and performance through the standardization of procurement processes, operating standards, sourcing and supplier qualification. This position will strive for excellence in service as well as support a team of professionals to achieve and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Payroll Supervisor

Date of Appointment: As soon as possible
Reporting to: Manager of Human Resources


The Payroll Supervisor will lead the payroll area of the Human Resource Department to ensure timely and accurate pay for the employees of the Hamilton Wentworth Catholic District School Board. This role functions as the key subject matter expert for all payroll related activities advising the board on legislative requirements, best practices and financial implications within the payroll environment. This position manages these activities in a high volume/pressure environment with multiple, time sensitive deadlines.
